Idaho is such a beautiful place that I love traveling to. Getting to photograph this beautiful Summer wedding at Blue Lakes Country Club near Twin Falls, ID was such a treat! Bailey reached out to me after reading a blog post from a past Idaho wedding and it was so great getting to work with her! This wedding day was so stunning and all designed by Bailey – so beautiful!

THE LOCATION

Jesse and Bailey’s summer Idaho wedding day was held at the Blue Lakes Country Club where they enjoy golfing. The country club is located across the river from Twin Falls, in Jerome, ID. With canyon and river views this venue is stunning! This was an exceptionally hot Summer day (105 degrees+) and not a lot of shade to be found but so worth it.

THEIR DAY

This wedding day began with prep time with their wedding party full of fun and finishing getting ready. The ladies enjoyed mimosas and fun times together while the guys played poker and shared a toast. Those final moments of getting ready with your favorite people are so fun!

Jesse and Bailey chose to read their vows privately to each other during their first look. This was such a special moment to witness before we continued to the ceremony location where they met back up with their wedding party for group photos. On this 105+ degree day, we definitely made quick work of group photos so the wedding party could go hang out in AC back at the Country Club before the ceremony.

Their Ceremony

Their beautiful ceremony area was decorated with white flowers that flowed down to the ground and lined the rows of white chairs. The overall look was dainty and elegant and contrasted well with the canyon walls that surrounded the space. Jess and Bailey’s ceremony was kept short due to the heat but still included personal stories and wonderful moments as they said ‘I do’ and became husband and wife.

Their Reception

After a delicious dinner, toasts and golden hour photos – the sun went behind the canyon, finally shading the wedding space. Once the temperatures began to cool you bet the party was just getting started! The newlyweds shared a choreographed first dance that kicked off the dance floor. The DJ kept the party going and the dance floor full. There was laughter, dancing and so much fun!
