Here is a list of some of the most dreamy venue options for your intimate wedding in the Pacific Northwest to hopefully make it easier to quickly compare options.
These venues are meant specifically for Intimate Weddings with an average event size of 50 people. See basic information under each venue with links to the venue’s website for more information. This list does not include venues whose focus is on larger weddings but rather those venues that cater to smaller events or are only for smaller events and focus on hosting Intimate Weddings.
What is an Intimate Wedding? An intimate wedding (interchangeably called micro weddings) is an intentionally planned smaller celebration. There is no set size but the general range is 20-50 people.
Choosing to have an intimate wedding can allow you to focus on intentionally planning your dream day. With a smaller guest list, you have more freedom for your day and how you wish to celebrate it. Agate Beach Lodge
Agate Beach Lodge is in close proximity to Olympic National Park as well as providing access to the beautiful locations onsite.

Altimeter Cabins & Event Venue at Mt. Rainier
Altimeter Cabins is within very close proximity to the Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park and can be a great base for a Mt. Rainier elopement or more!

- Event Size: Up to 30 for event

- Notes: When you rent Altimeter Cabins and Event Venue, you have access to 2 acres of old-growth forest, lush ferns & flora with picture-perfect backdrops of territorial mountains.
Basecamp 49
Base Camp 49 is a dream venue for intimate weddings and small events near the North Cascades National Park and Diablo Lake area.

The Blockhouse
Blockhouse is tucked away inside of Pomarius Nursery. Built around a chef-inspired open kitchen, you can host an intimate gathering, lavish party and everything in-between.
- Location: 1988 NW 18th Ave, Portland, OR 97209
- Event Size: Seated capacity is 60, standing is 75. By adding the Pomarius Nursery Orangerie, capacity is 120.

Capella by the Sea
Beautiful chapel venue located in Brookings, OR with the beautiful Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor and Jedidiah Smith Redwoods located nearby.
- Location: 200 North Bank Chetco River Road, Brookings, OR 97415
- Event Size: Up to 49
- Pricing: Starting at $258 for 2 hours
- Notes: Beautiful option for ADA ceremony location with guests.
Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins
This luxury location has an onsite spa, lodging and is located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge – only an hour from Portland, OR.

Christianson’s Nursery & Greenhouse
- Location: 15806 Best Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98273
- Event Size: The Schoolhouse: 50, Rose Garden: 120, Front Greenhouse: 50, The Vinery: 130
- Pricing: varies by location, day of week (see their Pricing Guide HERE): $3,200-$4,800
- Notes: The 1888 Meadow Schoolhouse is the oldest remaining one-room schoolhouse in Northwest Washington. Views from the Schoolhouse include Mount Baker and more! Pricing includes a certain number of chairs, etc. and see their website for more information.
Crook Point
Crook Point boasts 8 vacation homes, 6 venues and 2 miles of remote coastline along the Southern Oregon Coast. This venue is minutes to the Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor and many beautiful locations.

- Event Size: Four of their venue options are for intimate weddings, up to 20, 30, and 50
- Pricing: $2,300 (for ceremony only) – $21,735+
- Accommodations: There are 8 vacation homes available for onsite lodging.
- Notes: This venue has an option for any event.
The Emerald Forest
This PNW venue boasts a beautiful forest, treehouses, outdoor movie theater, yurt and more! All via an easy 10 minute walk on a flat forest trail for a truly in the woods experience. Not ADA accessible.
- Location: Redmond, WA
- Event Size: Up to 35
- Pricing: $5,000 – $6,300 + tax
- Accommodations: Luxury Treehouse lodging available as an add on for the newlyweds
- Notes: Couples may entertain up to a maximum of thirty-five guests for their mico-wedding/elopement. Choose from various ceremony locations throughout the property, including the stage, the theater platform, or find a special spot in the forest; there are many to choose from! Fern Acres
This is a beautiful venue for your Twilight dreams near the Olympic National Park with close proximity to Ruby Beach.
- Location: 1154 Big Burn Pl, Forks, WA 98331
- Event Size: Packages available for events with 15 or less guests, up to 30, 50 and 75 guests.
- Pricing: Starting at $2,200-$5,425, also with all inclusive Twilight elopement option starting at $8,500
- Notes: They now have a Twilight Elopement all inclusive option!
The Finery
- Location: 654 NW Camano Drive, Camano Island, WA 98282
- Event Size: up to 50 guests
- Pricing: Varies by day of week and size of event, $1200-$5995

Fort Townsend Historical State Park – Friends Barn
The Fort Townsend Friends Barn is a modern replica of an historic 1800s stable. It stands among the tall firs, planted by soldiers in 1856 and offers glimpses of Port Townsend and Cascade Mountains.
- Location: 1370 Old Fort Townsend Road, Port Townsend, WA 98368
- Event Size: Up to 100
- Pricing: $300 per day plus tax
- Notes: This is a Day-Use site within the state park and such a cute venue that would be perfect for an intimate wedding day in the forest with beach access as well via a trail.

The Friends’ Barn is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., March to Oct. It accommodates up to 100 guests with parking for 70 cars. Catering is not provided.
The barn is 1,500 square feet and includes electric heat, large river rock gas fireplace, refrigerator, 20 tables with 100 chairs. Outside there is a large charcoal grill, recycling containers with restrooms and water are nearby.
Heceta Head Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast
- Location: 92072 Hwy 101 South, Yachats, OR 97498
- Event Size: Up to 150, however they have a lot of packages available for events up to 30
- Pricing: $1200-$4480 for up to 30, and beyond for larger events
- Accommodations: Lodging available for 15 people

House on the Metolius
- Location: NF-980, Camp Sherman, Oregon 97730
- Event Size: Micro-Wedding Packages for events up to 25 people, Otherwise space for up to 180 people.

Leach Botanical Garden
This is a beautiful intimate wedding venue in Portland, OR boasting a garden, tree deck, forest and more. Highly recommend checking out if looking for something conveniently within the city but feels like you are worlds away.

- Event Size: up to 80
- Pricing: $1,200-$7,400
- Notes: Max time onsite with rental is 6 hours.
Lenne Estate
Lenne Estate is under new ownership and being remodeled. These photos are from 2022 and you will need to inquire/visit to see the updated estate and event space.

- Pricing: Inquire
- Accommodations: There was/may still be an airbnb option for lodging onsite.
- Notes: This is a beautiful winery!
Mountain Springs Lodge
- Location: 19115 Chiwawa Loop Road, Leavenworth, WA 98826
- Event Size: Up to 60 for intimate wedding packages
- Pricing: from $4,800 – $15,100 for all inclusive packages
Mt. Hood Event Center – Greenhouse
- Location: 29450 SE Lariat Lane, Boring, Oregon 97009
- Event Size: up to 50 (There is a note for 88 on their website but packages are for 50 people)
- Pricing: Starting at $675 for 4 hours, $150 per additional hour
- Accommodations: RV and camping available onsite
- Notes: This beautiful venue has multiple event spaces available. I believe more than one event may be going on at one time (but confirm). Lots of parking and great venue to work with!
Silcox Hut
- Location: 27500 Timberline Hwy, Government Camp, OR 97028
- Event Size: Minimum of 30 people, maximum of 40 people (do confirm)
- Pricing: $4,050 site fee, plus $207.75 per person and a minimum of 30 people
- Accommodations: Lodging for 6 to 24 people available, $185 per person
Skyliner’s Lodge
This is a beautiful rustic intimate wedding venue in Central Oregon!
- Location: 16125 Skyliners Rd, Bend, OR 97701
- Event Size: up to 30 indoors (with tables and chairs), up to 100 outdoors only.
- Pricing: $800 for full weekend day
- Notes: There are onsite caretakers who may be present on your day and live there.
Stay Between the Pine
This is an Airbnb venue with limited capacity but a beautiful A-Frame Cabin for that very small intimate wedding/elopement.
- Location: North Bend, WA
- Event Size: Up to 12 capacity total, including vendors
- Pricing: $500 Event fee plus renting out the airbnb for two nights minimum
- Notes: This is an airbnb that allows events and not a true venue which means it is set up as a home first and has different rules than a typical venue. Please see rules, capacity size and more on their website.
Treehouse Point
