Section One: Among the trees Forest Wedding Venues

In the Pacific Northwest, there are many wonderful woodsy wedding venues. This first category is for wedding venues where you are actually among the trees for your ceremony. This usually means that the venue has worked around existing trees rather than clear an area for the venue. Lighting wise, these venues might be more shaded and it will be darker in under the trees earlier because you are in the forest.

Congregational Church on Mercer Island (CCMI)

  • Basic Wedding Day Package $4,400 | 12-hour rental between 9am and 11pm​

The Emerald Forest Treehouse Wedding Venue

• Notes: This is such a special and unique venue! With a large projector screen for a theater in the woods, a walk through the forest to the venue space and so much more. You truly are in the forest for the duration of your event.

Evergreen Gardens

• Location: Ferndale, WA
• Capacity: 175
• Cost: Fridays – $7,500, Saturdays – $8,000, Sundays – $7,000, Micro-weddings – $500/hr, Weekend packages starting at $16k are available upon request

Evermore Haven

• Location: Forks, WA
• Capacity: 150 for ceremony forest site, 250 seated reception space
• Cost: Multiple options available

Gold Mountain Golf Club

• Location: Bremerton, WA
• Capacity: Different spaces have different capacities. The Wedding in the Woods ceremony space seats up to 150 guests. Their largest indoor space seats up to 175.
• Cost: $1,800–6,000/event and Rental fee varies depending on:

  • The 12-hour rental fee ranges $1,800–3,500 November to April and $3,500–6,000 May to October.

Islandwood

The Lodge at St. Edward State Park

• Location: Kenmore, WA
• Capacity: up to 120 in their reception ballroom.
• Cost: $1,500–5,000/event Rental fee varies depending on: Day of week, Time of day, Time of year, Space reserved & Guest count. The Grotto ceremony site, located in the park, is an additional $1,100. There is a food and beverage minimum of $1,500–15,000/event. Inquire for your specific pricing.

Small Weddings | $295 per person for up to 30 guests

• Dedicated event space with 6-hour access (4–10pm)
• Custom dinner menu
• Beer, wine, and nonalcoholic bar package (upgrades available)

Rocky Hill Events

• Location: White Salmon, WA

• Cost: $5,700–$9,900, with higher costs for holiday weekends and peak season (May–September).

Tierra Retreat Center

• Location: Leavenworth, WA
• Capacity: 150
• Cost: $4200 – $7200 per night, two night minimum for full facility rental.
• Notes: This is a great full wedding weekend option as there is onsite lodging and more!

Noble Ridge Tree Deck

• Location: Washougal, WA
• Capacity: 200
• Cost: $10k +
• Notes: This is an amazing venue with a fire tower style and a woodland cottage as your two prep spaces on the grounds. Beautiful views and more but do note the trek out to the property is on a long gravel road with potholes and highly recommend providing shuttles for you and your guests.

The Cedars

• Location: Snohomish, WA
• Capacity: 200
• Cost: Saturdays $8000. Fridays and Sundays $7500. Monday -Thursday $5000. 12 Hour rental 11AM – 11PM

• Cost: For 2026 events, hourly rental available Mondays through Thursdays at the rate of $350.00 per hour. For 13-hour weekend rentals: Fridays & Sundays are $4,500.00 and Saturdays are $5,000.00 with 60% of the rental fee due at the time of contract to secure your event date and the balance of 40% is due 9 months prior.

The Wallace Falls Lodge

Section Two: Surrounded by Trees Forest Wedding Venues

There a lot of amazing woodsy wedding venues in Oregon. This section is for venues that have trees and forested areas but they are more surrounding the ceremony site which is usually an open, grassy area. There will be venues that blur the lines between these two sections and I will do my best to categorize them accurately but always check out your venue of choice yourself prior to booking.

The venues in this category are usually more open with the forest and trees surrounding the space but not necessarily part of the ceremony space and/or reception space. This can mean more light, and more variety. They might have a garden area, grassy fields and more.
